Ordering, product and payment

The product page describes the sunglasses, included case, pouch and cleaning cloth, and the main product characteristics. Before ordering you can review the quantity, final price, currency, applicable taxes, delivery charge and the contact and delivery details entered. Payments are processed securely through GoPay.

Submitting the order is a binding offer to buy and creates an obligation to pay. The purchase contract is formed when you receive our email confirming that payment was successful. Until then we may reject the order, particularly if the goods are unavailable, payment fails, delivery is not possible or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Delivery, withdrawal and refunds

We deliver only to addresses in the European Union. Available destinations, delivery method, estimated time and cost are shown before the order is placed. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason and then 14 days to return them. Direct return costs are normally paid by the consumer. We refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery within 14 days, but may wait until the goods or evidence of dispatch is received.

Conformity, complaints and disputes

The goods must conform to the contract when delivered. Mandatory EU and national rights apply to defects appearing within at least two years, or for any longer period required by the law of the consumer’s country. Depending on the circumstances, remedies include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination. We offer no additional commercial guarantee.

Complaints may be sent to support@yvoro.eu or to the seller’s postal address, preferably with the order number, a description and useful photographs. Czech law applies without removing mandatory protection in the consumer’s country of residence. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or another eligible national body.
