Who controls your data

Ing. Yvonna Hojerová, the seller and operator of yvoro.eu trading as YVORO GOLF, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. References to “YVORO”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Ing. Yvonna Hojerová.

Personal data we collect

• Waitlist data: your email address and the date and time you joined.
• Order and delivery data: your name, email address, telephone number if provided, billing and delivery address, country, products, quantity and order history.
• Payment records: transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency and limited fraud-prevention information supplied by the payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code.
• Communications: messages you send us about orders, returns, complaints or privacy requests.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs and security events needed to operate and protect the website.

Why we use your data

• Waitlist and launch messages — consent: to confirm your place, send release information and provide early-access links. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
• Orders — contract: to accept payment, confirm and fulfil an order, deliver goods, provide customer service and process returns or refunds.
• Accounting and compliance — legal obligation: to keep transaction and tax records and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
• Security and service integrity — legitimate interests: to prevent fraud, protect the website, diagnose errors and establish or defend legal claims, where those interests do not override your rights.

We do not use your personal data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Waitlist communications

If you join the waitlist, we use your email address to send information about the YVORO launch, availability and related release access. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through GoPay. Card details are entered directly into GoPay’s secure environment and are not stored on YVORO servers. GoPay processes payment and anti-fraud data under its own privacy terms. We retain only the transaction details needed to confirm, refund and account for the payment.

Who receives your data

We share only the data reasonably necessary with:

• payment processors and fraud-prevention providers;
• delivery carriers and fulfilment partners;
• hosting, database, email and customer-support service providers;
• professional advisers, insurers and auditors where required; and
• courts, regulators or public authorities when disclosure is legally required.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

We prefer providers that process data in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we require a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an EU adequacy decision or approved Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate safeguards where required.

How long we keep data

• Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the list is retired.
• Order, payment and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and consumer-protection law.
• Support and dispute records are kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter and establish or defend legal claims.
• Security logs are retained for a limited period proportionate to their purpose.

Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

Your GDPR rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data; restriction of processing; data portability; or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise a right, email privacy@yvoro.eu. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your country of residence, place of work or place of an alleged infringement.

Security and policy changes

We use organisational and technical controls designed to protect personal data, including access restrictions, encryption in transit, backups and security monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The current version and its update date will always be published on this page.
